• Conditions for return:
  • Must be reported within 01 day of receiving the product.
  • The returned item must be unused and all tags and original packaging must be intact.
  • Any free promotional items must also be returned.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) charges and shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Reasons for return may include: Damaged product, wrong size, wrong color, or wrong product sent.

11. Refund Policy 

• The refund process will begin after evaluating your return.
• If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.
• COD charges and shipping charges will not be refunded.
• If payment was made by credit/debit card or mobile banking, the money will be refunded to the same account.

12. Order Cancellation 

• You can cancel the order after receiving our confirmation call upon placing the order.
• You cannot cancel the order once you agree to receive the product during the call.
• If online payment has been made, a full refund will be issued after cancellation.

• These rules will be governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
• Any issues regarding these rules will be resolved through the courts of Dhaka.
• If a major dispute arises between you and Goofygiraffebd.com, we will try to resolve it quickly and cost-effectively through arbitration outside of court.

16. Payment and Shipping 

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD), Debit/Credit Card, and Mobile Banking for payments.
• Shipping time is only an estimate and is not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to bad weather or political reasons

17. Ending the Agreement
