If, for any unexpected reason, you receive a wrong or defective item — don’t worry! We’ve got a simple and reliable Return, Replacement & Shipping Policy just for you.

Shipping Policy

• We provide home delivery all over Bangladesh.
• Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days inside Dhaka and 3–7 business days outside Dhaka.
• Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier operations.
• Delivery Charges:
  • Inside Dhaka: ৳70
  • Outside Dhaka: ৳120
• Both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payment methods are available.
• As all products are Print-on-Demand (made after order confirmation), orders cannot be canceled once shipping has started.

Return Timeframe

You must notify our customer support within 24 hours (01 business day) of receiving your product.
Any request made after this time will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

Before returning, please make sure that:

• The product is unused and tags and packaging remain intact.
• Any free gifts or additional items (if included) must be returned together.
• Our team will inspect the product before approving any return or replacement.
• Delivery and COD charges are non-refundable.

“NO Question Asked” Return/ Refund/ Replacement

If,

• The product arrives damaged or defective.
• Wrong design or print (e.g., mismatched or misplaced print).
• Wrong product or color delivered.
• Size mismatch, only if the delivered size does not match the invoice.

Important Notes

All GoofyGiraffe products are Print-on-Demand (made after your order), so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size ordered,
• Change of preference, or
• Change of mind.

Please make sure to check the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Return or Replacement Process

1. Contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving your item.
2. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.

4. After verification, we’ll arrange product returns and issue a replacement or refund as applicable.

Refund Policy

• Refund processing starts after product verification.
• If a replacement is not possible (e.g., out of stock), a full refund will be issued.
• Delivery and COD charges are non-refundable.
• For online payments (Card, Mobile Banking, Bank Transfer), refunds will be made to the same payment method.
• If duplicate payment occurs due to technical issues and if it’s reflected in our account, the extra amount will be refunded.
• Refunds usually take 7–10 business days to process.
